1. What Legiqo is
Legiqo is an AI-powered invoice verification platform for Indian CA firms and finance teams. It reads and validates invoices against GST, PAN, HSN, and other compliance checks, flags exceptions, and syncs approved invoices to Zoho Books or Tally. Legiqo does not file returns, remit taxes, execute payments, or act as a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or statutory auditor. Any checks, extractions, or suggestions Legiqo shows are generated from the documents you provide and may be incomplete or wrong — your team is responsible for reviewing and approving every invoice before it's relied on or synced to your books.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Legiqo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to create an account. Legiqo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or provide us with personal data.
3. Your data, your ownership
You own the data you put into Legiqo — your invoices, vendor and client records, notes, and everything else you add. We store it on your organization's behalf so the app can work; we do not claim ownership over it, sell it, or use it to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
4. AI features
Legiqo uses third-party AI providers to read invoices, extract fields, run compliance checks, and answer questions based on your data. These outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or things that don't apply to your situation. AI features are never a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice, and Legiqo never posts an invoice to your books or files anything on your behalf without a human approval — it only ever flags what needs review.
5. Document processing
When you upload a document, it is stored in your private storage bucket and, if you trigger extraction or a question, is sent to an AI provider for that single request. Documents are not used by providers to train their models and are not retained by them beyond what's needed to process your request. Extracted details are AI-generated and should be checked against the original document before you rely on them.
6. Team access
Your organization can invite team members to review, approve, and manage invoices. Organization admins control what each team member can see and do, and can revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for how team members within your organization use information shared with them.
7. Client data & authorization
If you upload a client's invoices or financial documents, you confirm that you are authorized by that client to process their data through Legiqo for verification and bookkeeping purposes, and that doing so complies with your engagement with them.
8. Payments & subscriptions
Legiqo is offered as a paid pilot and paid annual plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before any charge. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Legiqo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on information shown in the app, including AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Deleting your data
You can delete individual records at any time, or permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some information may be retained briefly in backups or logs as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Legiqo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Legiqo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Data protection
