Every extraction, correction, exception resolution, and sync is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. Click into any field to see its full history, or export the entire trail for a given invoice as a PDF for an audit.
Multi-Level Approval
Invoices route through your firm’s approval chain before they ever touch the books. Every approval or rejection is attributed to the person who made it, with their comment attached to the record.
Zoho Books Sync & Tally Export
Once an invoice is reviewed and approved, it syncs directly to Zoho Books with the evidence trail that verified it attached — no re-entry. Prefer Tally? Export approved batches as a ready-to-import voucher CSV.
Reconciliation
Legiqo matches bank payments against invoices and surfaces mismatches as exceptions with the same evidence trail as every other check, so reconciliation doesn’t mean a second manual pass.
