Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

All subscription sales are final. Because Legiqo is a digital product with instant access, refunds are not offered once payment is processed. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at Legiqo’s discretion for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or fraudulent transactions after investigation.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
